AT-HOME LAB TESTING

All lab testing is done in the privacy of your home, includes specific instructions, and mail-back information.

1.  To order lab tests, purchase and pay through Neely.  Neely will contact you when your lab test arrives. 
 

2. Follow the instructions to collect your personalized sample and follow the steps to mail it back in.
 

3.  Please allow approximately 3 weeks for lab results to be received.
 

4.  Results will be directly emailed to Neely.  She will contact you to schedule your next nutrition session, as which time you will go over your lab results together.
 

5.  By the end of your session, you will have a personalized plan and protocol that will give you specific steps towards rebalancing your body and improving your health.
 

6.  Follow up sessions will progress you program in an easy and manageable way.

  • Functional medicine lab tests are purchased separately from nutrition sessions.  Prices vary based on the lab test. 

     

    After your initial nutrition session, Neely will provide guidance on which lab test is appropriate for you based on your individual health issues and concerns.  She will order the lab test(s) for you and inform you of when your tests arrive for you to pick them up at the studio.  

     

    She uses an independent, functional lab company and associates with Equi.life to receive your lab results.

     

    Tests are done in the privacy of your home, regardless of which test you choose. 

    ​

    Each test comes with specific instructions included in the test kit, along with specific return instructions and a return package.  It is important that you follow the instructions, mail back on time, and inform Neely of when you have completed your test.

  •  This invitation allows Neely legal liability to review any supplement purchases you make and/or review lab testing results. 

     

    Please create a log in and password, and always ACCEPT this email invitation.      

  • You can purchase supplements and lab tests directly from Neely.  Neely maintains foundational supplements in studio that you can buy in person.  If you are running low on any supplements, please feel free to text her with advanced notice and she will hold your requested supplements for you until you can pick them up.  

     

     Neely places an order for supplements once a month.  Please let her know if there are any specific supplements that you would like to request an order of, advanced notice is always appreciated.  When you buy supplements directly from her, you receive no shipping charge and personalized guidance to you on any questions, problems that you might have.
