Our nutrition sessions are a good first start in managing your overall health. We can easily reset or eliminate a lot of your initial health concerns, within a short time.
After eliminating a lot of your initial concerns, your body may still need more help. This means we need to identify the root causes of any more severe issues that may be impacting you on a deeper level through functional lab testing, lab test analysis, and proven rebalancing protocols.

Neely teaches you specifically what may be lacking in you diet and how it can be directly impacting your weight, energy, digestion, hormones, etc.
You will discover how foods impact your body and which of those foods impact it in a positive or negative way.
We go beyong the fad-diet approach. Counting macros and calories is not what we do. We create a healthy psychological and personal approach that focuses on what your body is able to absorb and digest. We find your individualized carbohydrate and protein tolerances rather than giving you generalized portion controlled serving sizes. We make changes easy for you to maintain and have you feeling confident in your choices.
We will provide delicious recipes, helpful grocery lists, building positive eating habits, create substitutions to your favorite meals, acknowledge dietary considerations, and determine what suits your body best for a healthy life.
