Neely brings over 19 years of experience in fitness, nutrition, and behavior-based habit change.

Her background includes a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Fitness, Nutrition, and Health from San Diego State University, developing and  instructing Kinesiology classes that integrate nutrition and fitness together at the collegiate level, along with advanced certifications in holistic and integrative nutrition coaching.
 
What sets Neely apart is her ability to connect nutrition with real human behavior—stress levels, lifestyle demands, movement patterns, and mindset—all of which influence results far more than a meal plan alone.
