Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: June 2026
At Sweat Society Fitness, we strive to provide exceptional service while respecting both our clients' time and our scheduling commitments.
Appointment Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to forfeiture of the session or applicable cancellation fees.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to accommodate existing appointments. Session fees remain unchanged regardless of late arrival.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
Session Expiration
Single sessions, packages, credits, and promotional services may be subject to expiration dates.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, sessions and credits expire three (3) months from the date of purchase.
Refunds
Due to the nature of coaching, training, rehabilitation, and wellness services, completed services are non-refundable.
Refund requests for unused services may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Sweat Society Fitness.
Package Purchases
Package purchases are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Medical Conditions
Clients are responsible for notifying Sweat Society Fitness of any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns that may impact participation.
