After your initial nutrition session, Neely will provide guidance on which lab test is appropriate for you based on your individual health issues and concerns. She will order the lab test(s) for you and inform you of when your tests arrive for you to pick them up at the studio.
She uses an independent, functional lab company and associates with Equi.life to receive your lab results.
Tests are done in the privacy of your home, regardless of which test you choose.
Each test comes with specific instructions included in the test kit, along with specific return instructions and a return package. It is important that you follow the instructions, mail back on time, and inform Neely of when you have completed your test.
This invitation allows Neely legal liability to review any supplement purchases you make and/or review lab testing results.
